Mali Komor is located in the municipality Mače, in Krapina-Zagorje County at an elevation of 170 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.78 km² (0.69 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 94 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Sutinske Toplice, Veliki Komor, Frkuljevec Peršaveški, Peršaves, Frkuljevec Mihovljanski, Vukanci, Belovar Zlatarski, Mače, Šipki and Delkovec.
