Mali Brezovec is located in the municipality Gradec, in Zagreb County at an elevation of 114 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.50 km² (0.58 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 72 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (96%), but also Bosniaks (4%). Nearby places: Veliki Brezovec, Gradec, Gostović, Podolec, Gradečki Pavlovec, Đivan, Kućari, Podjales, Banovo and Lovrečka Velika.
