Mala Milešina is located in the municipality Muć, in Split-Dalmatia County at an elevation of 900 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.12 km² (1.20 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 21 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Velika Milešina, Donje Ogorje, Gornje Ogorje, Radunić, Bračević, Pribude, Crivac, Gornje Postinje, Ramljane and Donje Postinje.
