Mala Ciglena is located in the City of Bjelovar, in Bjelovar-Bilogora County at an elevation of 141 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.56 km² (0.60 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 17 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Croats (75%), but also Serbs (25%). Nearby places: Gornji Tomaš, Tomaš, Ciglena, Prespa, Maglenča, Prokljuvani, Orovac, Patkovac, Grginac and Ždralovi.
