Lug, Bilje

Lug is located in the municipality Bilje, in Osijek-Baranja County at an elevation of 92 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 49.43 km² (19.09 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 767 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Hungarians (74%), but also Croats (20%) and Serbs (3%). Nearby places: Kozjak, Grabovac, Vardarac, Sokolovac, Podunavlje, Tikveš, Mece, Mitrovac, Kopačevo and Bilje.
