Lijevo Željezno is located in the municipality Martinska Ves, in Sisak-Moslavina County at an elevation of 96 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.52 km² (0.97 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only nine inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Croats.
