Kruškovac is located in the City of Gospić, in Lika-Senj County at an elevation of 591 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 9.68 km² (3.74 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 19 inhabitants. It is largely populated by Serbs (86%), but also Croats (14%). Nearby places: Drenovac Radučki, Kukljić, Raduč, Brezik, Medak, Kik, Mogorić, Gornja Ploča, Pavlovac Vrebački and Počitelj.
