Kozarica is located in the municipality Mljet, in Dubrovnik-Neretva County at an elevation of 2 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.42 km² (0.93 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 28 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Blato, Ropa, Polače, Babine Kuće, Pristanište, Tatinica, Velika Loza, Goveđari, Babino Polje and Pomena.
