Komesarac is located in the municipality Cetingrad, in Karlovac County at an elevation of 332 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 62.00 km² (23.94 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 151 inhabitants. It is relatively populated by Croats (38%), but also Bosniaks (25%).
