Karlovac Feričanački is located in the City of Orahovica, in Virovitica-Podravina County at an elevation of 125 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 1.17 km² (0.45 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only 12 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Serbs (64%), but also Croats (36%).
