Gršćaki is located in the City of Duga Resa, in Karlovac County at an elevation of 203 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.80 km² (1.08 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 77 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats.
