Gornji Kremen is located in the City of Slunj, in Karlovac County at an elevation of 341 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.05 km² (0.79 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 65 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Donji Kremen, Mali Vuković, Miljevac, Gornji Popovac, Lađevačko Selište, Marindolsko Brdo, Donji Popovac, Gornja Glina, Cvitović and Gornji Lađevac.
