Gornji Čaglić is located in the City of Lipik, in Požega-Slavonia County at an elevation of 319 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.22 km² (1.63 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 18 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Serbs. Nearby places: Bukovčani, Gornji Rogolji, Bjelanovac, Lještani, Donji Rogolji, Skenderovci, Bijela Stijena, Donji Čaglić, Rađenovci and Kovačevac.
