Gornje Viljevo is located in the municipality Nova Bukovica, in Virovitica-Podravina County at an elevation of 104 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 12.51 km² (4.83 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 30 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Croats (55%), but also Serbs (45%).
