Gornja Letina is located in the municipality Sunja, in Sisak-Moslavina County at an elevation of 101 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 2.51 km² (0.97 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 72 inhabitants. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Gušće, Donja Letina, Gradusa Posavska, Greda Sunjska, Lukavec Posavski, Sunja, Selišće Sunjsko, Krivaj Sunjski, Čigoč and Žreme.
