Flengi is located in the municipality Sveti Lovreč, in Istra County at an elevation of 82 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.81 km² (1.47 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 154 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (94%), but also Serbs (3%) and Italians (3%).
