Filozići is located in the City of Cres, in Primorje-Gorski Kotar County at an elevation of 324 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 12.08 km² (4.66 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only six inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Croats. Nearby places: Dragozetići, Porozina, Ivanje, Važminec, Beli, Sveti Petar, Zagorje, Zagore and Brseč.
