Donja Greda is located in the municipality Rugvica, in Zagreb County at an elevation of 98 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 3.03 km² (1.17 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 117 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (97%), but also Bosniaks (3%). Nearby places: Črnec Dugoselski, Obedišće Ježevsko, Črnec Rugvički, Leprovica, Mala Ostrna, Ježevo, Velika Ostrna, Puhovo, Rugvica and Dragošička.
