Debelo Brdo Ii is located in the City of Gospić, in Lika-Senj County at an elevation of 560 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 0.99 km² (0.38 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were only eight inhabitants left. It is entirely populated by Serbs. Nearby places: Debelo Brdo I, Trnovac, Novoselo Trnovačko, Podoštra, Smiljan, Lički Novi, Kaniža Gospićka, Žabica, Brušane and Rizvanuša.
