Brajkovići is located in the municipality Kanfanar, in Istra County at an elevation of 100 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 0.51 km² (0.20 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 94 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Croats (97%), but also Italians (3%).
