Blatuša is located in the municipality Gvozd, in Sisak-Moslavina County at an elevation of 186 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 20.76 km² (8.02 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 171 inhabitants. It is predominantly populated by Serbs (95%), but also Croats (4%). Nearby places: Malička, Podgorje, Perna, Gvozd, Crevarska Strana, Pecka, Ponikvari, Gornja Čemernica, Donja Čemernica and Slavsko Polje.
