Batinjska Rijeka is located in the municipality Đulovac, in Bjelovar-Bilogora County at an elevation of 264 meters above sea level and it covers the area of 4.11 km² (1.59 sq. miles). According to the 2011 census report, there were 30 inhabitants. It is mostly populated by Croats (52%), but also Serbs (44%). Nearby places: Vukovije, Batinjani, Dobra Kuća, Daruvarski Vinogradi, Gornja Vrijeska, Vrbovac, Donji Daruvar, Donja Vrijeska, Markovac and Škodinovac.
